2,000 Rose Bushes have arrived - Jun 06, 2019

Tim’s Best Potting Mix only $10.00 a bag.

Dear gardening friends
To celebrate the rain this week, we have dropped the price of Tim’s Best Potting Mix to just $10.00 a bag. It normally sells for $14.50, so grab yourself a bargain this weekend.

Use it to grow a Rose bush in a pot or grow some potted Pansies or Violas so you can enjoy their pretty flowers all winter long.
Tim’s Best Potting Mix guarantees you success.

We have 2,000 Rose bushes in the nursery this weekend. They have all been potted up using Tim’s Best Potting Mix and they have already started to grow.

We have all your old favourites like Mr Lincoln, Double Delight, Blue Moon, Just Joey, Iceberg and Queen Elizabeth just to name a few. We have over 100 varieties.

One of the most exciting Roses this year is a variety called Harry Wheatcroft. Harry owned a famous Rose nursery in England called Wheatcrofts. He was on TV and he wrote many books about growing roses. Harry was an eccentric and he liked to dress up in fancy clothes. The photographers loved taking his photo for the magazines.

Harry introduces many famous roses into England including Fragrant Cloud, Peace and Queen Elizabeth.

Harry died in 1977 and they released a rose to celebrate his life. It’s flamboyant and colourful just like Harry. It has these amazing orange and red variegated flowers that have an incredible perfume. They have long stems, that make them perfect for picking. This rose costs $29.99 but we are taking 25% off all our roses during June because now, is the best time to plant them.

One of the best selling roses last year was a variety called “Perfume Passion”. This was bred by Kordes nursery in Germany.
Kordes nursery has stopped using pesticides and fungicides so their roses have to be disease resistant or they won’t survive. They have a breeding program to grow highly perfumed roses.

“Perfume Passion” is promoted as the most fragrant rose bush in the world!!!!!
We sold out last year before I got to smell it.
It’s a hybrid tea variety that has long stemmed roses that are perfect for picking.
It has won numerous awards.
It’s a winner.
We only have 20 plants.
They cost $34.99.
You’ll get 25% off in June.
